Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)

At ProX PC, we ensure all orders within India are shipped via registered domestic courier companies. Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a working day will be processed on the same day and typically delivered within 7 to 15 working days, or as agreed upon during order confirmation, depending on courier company norms. Delivery timelines are subject to the selected delivery option, availability of stock, and no additional security checks being required.

A working day is defined as any day except weekends, bank holidays, or other public holidays.

While ProX PC guarantees to hand over your consignment to the courier company on time, we are not liable for any delays caused by the courier company. However, we take full responsibility for any damage incurred during the shipment process, as per our DOA policy. Important: In the event of any damage or missing components, a product unboxing video with proof of damage is required.

Once our services have been successfully delivered, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during your registration. ProX PC assumes no liability for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional fees incurred due to incorrect shipping details will be the responsibility of the customer.

Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been successfully processed and cleared in our bank account.

Important: Please inspect your package upon delivery and record an unboxing video as a reference and proof of delivery.
