Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please read these terms carefully before placing your order and retain a copy for future reference.

ProX PC ships all orders within India through registered domestic couriers. We process orders placed before 3:00 PM on working days that same day. You can expect delivery within 7 to 15 working days, or the timeframe agreed upon during order confirmation, based on the courier's schedule. Delivery times depend on your chosen delivery option, stock availability, and standard security checks.

Working days include Monday through Friday, leaving out weekends and public holidays.

ProX PC guarantees on-time handover to the courier company. The courier company takes full responsibility for the transit schedule and any transit delays. We take full responsibility for any transit damage, governed by our DOA policy.

Important: Please keep your package completely sealed upon delivery. Your Field Service Agent (FSA) handles the unboxing and inspects the condition of the system for you. This FSA visit serves as your proof of delivery and covers any transit damage claims.

Customers hold full responsibility for providing complete and correct shipping addresses. The customer covers any additional fees arising from incorrect shipping details.

We dispatch orders immediately after your payment clears in our bank account.

Delivery Charges

We calculate shipping costs based on your chosen mode of shipment:

  • Surface shipping: A flat fee of ₹1800 applies.

  • Air shipping: A flat fee of ₹4500 applies.

Note: Additional accessories carry separate shipping charges.
