RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy

At ProX PC, we provide a seamless cancellation process for your convenience. You can place a cancellation request directly through your order panel, send us an email at sales@proxpc.com, or call us at 011 4072 7769 to cancel your order.

Important:

  • • All cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • • A non-refundable convenience fee will be charged if the order is canceled by the buyer. If the order is canceled by ProX PC, the full amount, including the convenience fee, will be refunded.

Since we offer customized PC systems built to your specifications, the following cancellation charges apply if the cancellation is initiated by the buyer:

  1. Within 24 hours of placing the order (Paperwork Stage):
    5% of the Invoice Value
  2. Components Allocated, and Build has Commenced:
    15% of the Invoice Value
  3. Build Completed:
    25% of the Invoice Value

No cancellation charges will be applicable if the cancellation is initiated by ProX PC.For warranty-related concerns, please contact us through email or phone. We strive to assist our customers with a flexible cancellation policy.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom-built nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. However, refunds or returns will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If the product was delivered in a damaged condition.
  • If the wrong product was delivered due to a mistake.

You must notify us of any such issue via email at sales@proxpc.com or phone within 24 hours of receiving the product or as soon as the unboxing is completed.Unboxing videos or proof of damage will be required for such claims.

Conditions for Return:

  • If the product’s seal is opened but the product is not faulty, a return or refund will not be accepted.
  • Return requests will be denied if any part or accessory of the product is missing.
  • The packaging material must be retained by the buyer until the return window is open. This helps ensure the product is returned in its original form, preventing damage during transit.
  • The product must be packed properly as originally received. Do not apply tapes or adhesives directly on the product box, as this may result in cancellation of the return request.
  • All accessories received with the product must be returned along with the machine.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. If payment was made via our payment gateway, the refund will be credited to the same account. For bank transfer payments, refunds will be made to the buyer's bank account.
  • Refunds typically take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your account.
