Return & Refund Policy

Please read these terms carefully before placing your order and retain a copy for future reference.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please submit a request through your order panel, email us at sales@proxpc.com, or call 011-40727769.

Important Details:

  • We process cancellation requests for orders that remain in our facility prior to dispatch.
  • Buyer-initiated cancellations include a convenience fee. If ProX PC initiates the cancellation, we provide a full refund, including all fees.

Because every ProX PC is custom-built specifically to your selected specifications, we dedicate time and resources to allocating parts and assembling your unique system. To cover these specific efforts, the following charges apply to buyer-initiated cancellations based on the current build stage:

  • Within 24 hours (Paperwork Stage): 5% of the Invoice Value
  • Components Allocated and Build Started: 15% of the Invoice Value
  • Build Completed: 25% of the Invoice Value

ProX PC waives all cancellation charges for any cancellations we initiate. For warranty support, please reach out to us via email or phone.

 

Return & Refund Policy

We build custom PCs specifically for you, making all sales final. We gladly offer returns or refunds in these specific situations:

  • Your system arrives damaged.
  • You receive the incorrect product.

Please notify us via email at sales@proxpc.com or phone within 24 hours of delivery. Your Field Service Agent (FSA) handles the unboxing and directly provides our team with the required documentation for any damage or incorrect items.

Conditions for Return:

  • We process returns for faulty or damaged products. Please ensure your FSA is the one to open the sealed box.
  • We require all original parts and accessories to process a return. Include all accessories in your return package.
  • Please keep all original packaging materials during your return window. Repacking the system exactly as you received it keeps the product safe during transit back to us.

Refunds: We send refunds to your original payment method. Transactions made through our payment gateway return to the original account, and bank transfers return directly to your bank account. You can expect the funds to appear in your account within 7 to 10 working days.
